Studio Rules

  1. NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR
  2. NO PROFANITY or yelling – hi-fives, cheers, and other motivating stuff IS ALLOWED though!
  3. WORKING HARD is the only option, all clients must work out of their COMFORT ZONE!
  4. SWEAT is a must!!! You must be soaked when you leave after workouts!!
  5. PROTEIN POST WORKOUT - feed those muscles max. 20 minutes after!
  6. NO FOOD, DRINK OR GUM CHEWING in the studio – water only!
  7. SWEAT TOWELS are a must – please bring your own.
  8. BE ON TIME!!! If you are late, you will have to do 50 pushups!!! Arrive 5 minutes before scheduled class to undress, change shoes, and be READY! If you are more than 5 minutes late, do not show up!!! This disrupts the people who came ON TIME!
  9. NO LOITERING - The classes run back to back, so kindly grab all your stuff and head out of the studio so that the next class can begin.
  10. You MUST have FUN!!!!! Enjoy the process of being fitter and healthier and at YOUR very BEST!!
