- NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR
- NO PROFANITY or yelling – hi-fives, cheers, and other motivating stuff IS ALLOWED though!
- WORKING HARD is the only option, all clients must work out of their COMFORT ZONE!
- SWEAT is a must!!! You must be soaked when you leave after workouts!!
- PROTEIN POST WORKOUT - feed those muscles max. 20 minutes after!
- NO FOOD, DRINK OR GUM CHEWING in the studio – water only!
- SWEAT TOWELS are a must – please bring your own.
- BE ON TIME!!! If you are late, you will have to do 50 pushups!!! Arrive 5 minutes before scheduled class to undress, change shoes, and be READY! If you are more than 5 minutes late, do not show up!!! This disrupts the people who came ON TIME!
- NO LOITERING - The classes run back to back, so kindly grab all your stuff and head out of the studio so that the next class can begin.
- You MUST have FUN!!!!! Enjoy the process of being fitter and healthier and at YOUR very BEST!!
